Diploma Studies
The institutions of higher education offer a variety of non-degree programs. In general, these programs require a bachelor’s degree, and upon completion a diploma or certificate is awarded. Information about diploma programs can be found in publications of the institutions.
Credit towards an academic degree is generally not granted for courses in these programs. Prospective candidates are advised to investigate the nature of such programs, including the possibility of earning graduate credits, by directly contacting the institution offering the program or the secretariat of the Council for Higher Education, POB 4037, Jerusalem 91040.
